MGS Star Coffee Ltd is a fully own subsidiary of MGS hotel chain, the franchisee in Sri Lanka for Star Coffee Shop, USA. MGS hotel chain is having a high reputation in Sri Lanka as a leading star class hotel chain. After 30 years long standing war, the tourism industry started booming in sky rocketing speed. Although branded coffee shops have been started here few years back, MGS sees huge opportunity in Sri Lankan market. That’s why MGS top management decided to obtain the franchise of world famous Star Coffee Shop brand. After meeting all the legal requirements and completing all the ground work, MGS Star Coffee Ltd willing to launch their business at the beginning of 2013.

Purpose of this marketing plan is to create a marketing strategy that will help MGS Star Coffee Ltd to achieve its product and market development goals.
